SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed and produced on demand. Production time is generally 2 to 5 business days before shipping. Please note that the total delivery time includes both production and shipping time.

Worldwide Shipping

LusaWave ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

• Portugal and Europe: 5 to 10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

These times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders of €89 or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.

Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order in real time.

Customs and Taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. LusaWave has no control over these additional costs.
