Damages and Problems

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded using your original method of payment within 10 business days. Returns
Since all our products are made to order especially for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as: Incorrect size selection; Change of mind; Personal preferences; Error in the address provided by the customer. Please carefully check the size guide and product details before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your refund or replacement request, please send: Order number; Clear photographs of the product; Description of the problem. After analysis, we may offer: Full refund; Free reshipment of the product; Store credit.
Lost Orders
If the order is considered lost by the carrier, we will proceed with reshipment or refund after confirming the situation.
Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address at the time of purchase. If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping fee may be charged to resend the product.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
According to European law, consumers normally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products. Our products are made individually after each order, therefore they fall under this legal exception.
