By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our store.

2. Products

All LusaWave products are made to order (print-on-demand). Product images are for illustrative purposes only — slight variations in color may occur depending on your screen settings and the printing process.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. LusaWave reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. LusaWave reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled and fully refunded.

5. Shipping

Orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days and then shipped worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. LusaWave is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

As all products are made to order, returns are only accepted in cases of defect, damage, or printing error. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, texts, and designs — is the property of LusaWave and is protected by Portuguese and European intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

LusaWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
